Who We Are

Brazilian automotive artist and designer, Julio Cesar Caetano discovered his passion for cars and drawing at the age of five. By fourteen, he was already connecting with professional automotive designers and beginning a dedicated journey of study and development, completing more than ten specialized courses in technical drawing, industrial design, and automotive styling.

His talent led him to become a finalist in major automotive design competitions in Brazil promoted by manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Nissan, and Chevrolet. Over the years, he transformed his passion into a professional career, working with custom builders, hot rod shops, collectors, and automotive enthusiasts around the world.

Driven by the vision of creating unique automotive artwork and design solutions, Julio founded JCARCUSTOM Studio, a company dedicated to developing custom automotive projects and handcrafted artwork with a strong focus on the North American market. Today, the studio serves clients across the United States and internationally, creating pieces that celebrate the emotional connection between people and their vehicles.

More than simply producing artwork, JCARCUSTOM was created with a mission: to become part of automotive culture and leave a lasting mark on the industry through creativity, craftsmanship, and passion for automobiles. Every project is developed to preserve stories, honor iconic machines, and transform automotive passion into timeless art.

Julio's work has been recognized by brands and organizations such as Barrett-Jackson and Discovery Channel, and continues to reach enthusiasts, builders, and collectors who share the same passion for automotive culture.

2026

I was personally invited by the founder of FirebirdFest to attend the 2026 event in St. Louis, Missouri, one of the largest Pontiac Firebird gatherings in the United States. As part of this special invitation, I created a custom tribute painting honoring legendary Pontiac designer John Schinella and celebrating the heritage of the Firebird through its generations.

During the event, I had the privilege of presenting the artwork to John Schinella, who personally signed the piece. The painting was later auctioned, with all proceeds donated to Arc Angels, an organization dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of children and young adults. The experience was a meaningful combination of automotive culture, art, and community, making it one of the most memorable projects of my career.

The artwork became a central part of the event experience and was also featured on official event merchandise, including commemorative T-shirts. The project brought together automotive culture, art, and one of the most passionate enthusiast communities in the world, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

In partnership with Gulf, I participated in the inaugural Gulf Speed Festival in Brazil. For the event, I created a collection of five original paintings inspired by Gulf's racing heritage and automotive culture. During the festival, I also completed a live painting featuring a Ford GT in its iconic Gulf livery.

The event brought together automotive enthusiasts, collectors, live music, and special attractions, including the presentation of the Williams FW11 Formula One car. It was a unique opportunity to celebrate the connection between motorsport, art, and automotive passion.
