Some projects go beyond creating a painting. They represent a connection between automotive craftsmanship, design, and art.
This original artwork was created exclusively for Velocity Restorations, one of the leading names in the world of premium classic vehicle restorations and restomods.
The goal was not simply to paint a Ford Bronco. I wanted to create a piece that captured the identity behind Velocity its attention to detail, craftsmanship, design language, and passion for building extraordinary vehicles.
The Concept
The composition was developed around one of Velocity Restorations' custom Ford Broncos, combining the vehicle with visual elements inspired by the company's identity and the culture surrounding its builds.
Every element was carefully considered to create something that felt connected to Velocity while maintaining the recognizable JCARCUSTOM artistic style.
The result is a one-of-one original acrylic painting on canvas, measuring 47.2 × 27.6 in (120 × 70 cm).
The Process
The project began with research.
I spent time studying Velocity's vehicles, photography, visual identity, website, and social media presence before developing the initial composition.
From the first sketch to the final layers of paint, the artwork was created entirely by hand.
Throughout the process, different techniques, textures, brushwork, and automotive-inspired details were combined to give the piece its own character while keeping the Bronco at the center of the composition.

More Than a Painting
I wanted the experience surrounding the artwork to be as special as the painting itself.
Along with the original canvas, I created a complete Collector's Kit, including a custom Collector's Book documenting the story and creative process behind the artwork, a Certificate of Authenticity, and three signed and numbered Fine Art Prints.
Everything was carefully prepared and shipped from the JCARCUSTOM studio in Brazil to Velocity Restorations in the United States.
